Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, ideally as a Dental Assistant (ZFA) or Dental Administrative Assistant (ZMV), but not mandatory
- Professional experience in the reception area of a dental practice or a comparable facility is an advantage.
- We also find career changers with natural talent exciting.
- Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing; additional language skills (e.g., English) are a plus
- Friendly and helpful demeanor
- Enjoyment in dealing with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a team and organizational skills
- It can get hectic during peak times. A certain level of resilience helps to maintain composure.
- Discretion and trustworthy handling of patient data
- Prior knowledge of the user-friendly practice software Charly is an advantage
