Care after bleaching
Dass Ihre Zähne auch nach dem Bleaching weiß bleiben, hängt entscheidend von der richtigen Zahnpflege und Ihrer Ernährung ab. Für die ersten drei Tage nach dem Bleaching empfehlen wir eine sogenannte „weiße Diät“. Verzichten Sie dabei einfach auf Lebensmittel mit Farbstoffen, wie:

- tomatoes, spinach,
- berries, cherries and grapes

Vorsicht bei freiverkäuflichen Produkten und Hausmitteln
Bleaching strips, bleaching splints and tooth whitening pens. There are many over-the-counter products for tooth whitening. Tooth creams and whitening gels do not compare with professional bleaching and they carry risks. If the gel comes into contact with mucous membranes or is swallowed, this may lead to gum irritations or burns, damage to the dental nerve, and injuries to the oesophagus and stomach.
When it comes to home remedies: they are best avoided! Baking powder, lemon, salt - there is barely anything that permanently damages the teeth more.
Regular professional teeth cleaning can contribute to a longer-lasting bleaching result.
