Immediate Full-Arch Implant
Permanent, Secure Dental Restorations
Immediate Full-Arch Implant Restoration is an innovative treatment concept for patients with severely damaged or missing teeth. In an edentulous or nearly edentulous jaw, several implants are placed and restored with a fixed provisional bridge on the very same day. This means patients leave the practice with new, fixed teeth – without long waiting times and without removable temporary dentures.
One Appointment – A Complete Solution
This concept is particularly suitable when an immediate, stable, and aesthetically pleasing dental restoration is desired. It is based on a special implant configuration in which typically four, and sometimes more, implants are placed. By combining straight implants in the anterior region with angled implants in the posterior region, the available bone is used optimally. In many cases, this makes bone augmentation unnecessary and allows the procedure to remain minimally invasive.
What’s Behind the Concept?
Fixed teeth immediately: Right after implant placement, a screw-retained, fixed provisional bridge is fitted. It is immediately functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Stable with fewer implants: In most cases, just four implants per jaw are sufficient to support a full arch of teeth. Depending on anatomical conditions, additional implants may be used.
Gentle treatment without bone augmentation: Thanks to the special implant positioning, treatment is often possible without additional bone grafting – even when bone volume is reduced.
Minimally invasive procedure: Precise planning, modern 3D imaging, and guided implantology ensure that the procedure is performed as gently and safely as possible.
Immediate improvement in quality of life: Biting firmly, smiling, and speaking confidently again on the very same day – a significant gain in comfort, confidence, and everyday quality of life.
Precise preparation: Before treatment, comprehensive diagnostics and digital planning are carried out, usually including 3D X-ray, to determine the optimal implant positions with the highest level of accuracy.
