Finally, a fluoride varnish or a special gel ensures the remineralization and hardening of the tooth enamel. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How often is &#8220;regularly&#8221;?<\/h2>\n\n<p>The old rule of thumb &#8220;twice a year&#8221; is a good guideline, but not medically correct for everyone.
